Two widely employed test systems, namely, two-areas and four-areas hydro-thermal power utilities are concerned to validate the efficacy of the suggested method. To enhance the performance of the system, series flexible ac transmission system (FACTS) like thyristor controlled series compensator (TCSC) and thyristor controlled phase shifter (TCPS) are considered. The simulation results indicated that the system performance is improved with the inclusion of FACTS devices. The adjustable parameters of the proposed FACTS controllers are optimized using particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm employing an Integral of Time multiplied Absolute Error (ITAE) criterion. The investigations showed &nbsp;that the proposed controller provides better dynamic performance than others from the point of view of settling time, peak over/undershoot. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of the system is inspected by varying the system parameters and operating load conditions from their pre-specified values. Multi-physics coupling code is developed using FORTRAN and parallel computing to solve the problems of multi-physics coupling of fluid mechanics, solid pyrolysis, heat transfer, thermodynamics, and chemical kinetics. Simulations are carried out for the proposed design then the results are compared with the classic design of the solid-fuel ramjet. It is found that the proposed design has improved the regression rate significantly; besides, the amount of released solid fuel is increased for the same size. In order to achieve the objective of the research, a three-stage methodology is required. The first stage is to explore the shortcomings and draw conclusions of the weaknesses by comparing the evaluation criteria for the graduation projects of Architecture students by the members of the Evaluation Committee in the academic medium. The second stage is evaluating the weakness points with the results of the questionnaire in order to identify the problems and weaknesses that lead to the difference. The final stage is to compare the draft of weakness points with the results of the questionnaire. Population estimate in 2010 was about 926,000 inhabitants and the water demand estimated was about 120000-150000 m3/day. Water production from Khor Arbaat is 60,000 m3/day in good years; however, it may go down to 30,000 m3/day in bad years. In general, the overall situation of the city is characterized by regular shortages. There are three dams (U/G Dam1, SPC Dam2, FR Dam3) structured on Khor Arbaat for water harvesting (2005,2000,1992), siltation represents the greatest problem to these Dams, accordingly their capacities storage is decreases. Their storage capacities are 16*106, 5*106, and 6*106 m3 respectively, therefore the small capacities of these dams lead to inflation silt in a limited period of time. In the same way the Sea Port Corporation (Dam 2) in the year 2012 was removed by the armed forces of the corps as a result of inflation silting and thickness of silting to 6 meters. Water from Khor Arbaat gets into the transfer system without any treatment. The study is carried out to assess and evaluate the quality of surface and ground water resources in the Khor Arbaat zone. Field works included three visits to the study area, on January 2018, February 2018, and on March 2018. Sixteen typical water samples collected from different locations within Khor Arbaat and the city network were analyzed for physical and chemical water quality parameters. GIS Arc. Non-specific distortion blind/no-reference (NR) IQA algorithms mostly need prior knowledge about anticipated distortions. This paper introduce a generic and distortion unaware (DU) approach for IQA with No Reference (NR). The approach uses three different measuring features which are initiated from the gist of natural scenes (NS) using Log-derivatives of the parameters; a general Gaussian distribution model, two sharpness functions, and Weibull distribution. All features were analyzed and co mpared together to examine their performance. When calibrating the proposed features performance on LIVE database, experiments show they have good contribution to the state of the art IQA and they outperform the popular full-reference peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) and structural similarity (SSIM) methods. Also they show sharpness features are the best when assess both prediction monotonicity and predict accuracy evaluation among the three features categories.
