In this research on blood money crime (Diya) on parts , we consider views of jurists and their efforts on the penalty of blood money on parts.

The researcher considers the general laws in details by giving definitions , their legalities , types and kinds, on parts , beside the duties on each kind , and its amount .The duties of each section of the crime on parts is explained together by what goes on each part.

The researcher depends on the views which are supported by good evidence , the Sudanese criminal law of 1991 is also mentioned together with jurisdictional precedents issued by the supreme court in the period 1983-1993
