The study aimed to know the reality of the organizational commitment of the faculty members at the Faculty of Education at Omdurman Islamic University and its relationship to knowledge management from the viewpoint of the faculty members, where it was The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the study population was among the employees of the Faculty of Education, Omdurman Islamic University, of the faculty members who numbered (65) and the administrators who numbered (13), according to the statement of the faculty concerned in July 2018. A representative sample of 50 individuals was randomized from the community randomly. The questionnaire was used as a main tool for the study. In data analysis and access to results, the statistical program (SPSS) was used .

The most important findings of the study: The degree of organizational commitment among the faculty members of the Faculty of Education at Omdurman Islamic University from the viewpoint of the faculty members is very high, and the level of application of knowledge management among the faculty members of the Faculty of Education at Omdurman Islamic University is at a high level. The study came out with recommendations, including: Maintaining the high degree of organizational commitment shown by the results of this study to faculty members, by increasing moral and material support and continuing encouragement for those who demonstrate excellence in organizational commitment. And that the college administration employ these high levels of knowledge management of the faculty members fully. In the framework of developing and improving the teaching and learning processes in the college, it serves students and beneficiaries of the college services .

The aim of current study is assess the reality of sustainable professional development for teachers, and determine Alternatives of the Professional development of teachers in the light of the National vision 2030 of K.S.A through Suggested Proposal. To achieve the main aim of this study, the literature and previous studies, were analyzed. Also the strategic objectives of the (National Vision 2030) were analyzed, to identify sustainable professional development alternatives in the areas of training, action researches, model lessons, and discussion groups between teachers, supervisors, free reading, workshops, conferences, and some contemporary trends: including international promotion programs, and requirements of the license to practice, in order to identify a list of alternatives to the professional development of teachers.

The current study depends on the descriptive and analytical approach. The questionnaire was prepared including (40) items related to three dimensions including: the reality of professional development, obstacles, and the degree of importance of professional development alternatives separately, and training needs of teachers in the educational and academic field. The study sample consists of (97) teachers atTabukcity according to many variables (education stage, subjects, and experiences). The main finding is, there are a lot obstacles related to professionaldevelopment. And in the light of the finding, the suggested proposal of alternatives to the professional development is prepared including the elements: principles, aims, content, alternatives and strategy objectives, and strategies, tools for evaluation and follow-up.

The descriptive analytical method was used in this study, The sample of this study consisted of (93) male and female teachers, chosen by the stratified random, the researchers used measurement of the role of training in improving the educational scale, The results showed that Training has a major role in improving the educational process, There were no statistically significant differences in the role of training in improving the educational process due to the gender and experience variables, There are also statistically significant differences in the training role in improving the educational process due to the variable of educational qualification and in favor of the bachelor, , Finally, in light of the study results and discussion the researcher suggested some recommendations.

The researchers aimed to activate the electronic administration in achieving the goals of education in higher education institutions according to the comprehensive quality standards. The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach because it suits the nature of the research. The researchers also relied on the questionnaire as a basic tool for data collection. higher education in the state of Khartoum; The research sample consisted of a group of faculty members at Omdurman Islamic University and Al-Zaeem Al-Azhari University, whose number is (202) faculty members, and the data was collected, analyzed and processed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. ; Weak requirements for applying electronic management in higher education institutions in accordance with comprehensive quality standards, that electronic management in higher education institutions contributes to achieving quality. There are obstacles to applying electronic management in higher education institutions; accordingly, the researchers recommend, applying electronic management in higher education institutions, to adopting the proposed scenario in the study by higher education and to determine its results, and the need to prepare effective plans for training and qualifying employees of higher education institutions on electronic management skills.

The study aimed to identify the counseling needs of the parents of the mentally handicapped and their relationship to their social compatibility. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The study sample size reached (237) parents and the study tools were the indicative needs scale for Mozamban Zabirah and the social consensus scale of Abdullah Yusuf Sakran and he used a number of statistical equations. Including the T-test for one sample, the Mann-Winnie test, the Pearson coefficient of correlation coefficient and the Fakronbach equation, and the results of the study were the counseling needs of parents of the mentally handicapped are high, the social compatibility among parents of mentally handicapped persons is high, there are statistically significant differences in the counseling needs of parents of the disabled Mentally attributable to the gender variable, there are no statistically significant differences in the counseling needs of the parents of the mentally handicapped due to the kinship variable, there are statistically significant differences in the counseling needs of the parents of the mentally handicapped due to the educational level variable, there are no statistically significant differences in social consensus Among the parents of the mentally handicapped due to the gender variable, there are significant differences There are no statistically significant differences in the social compatibility of the parents of the mentally handicapped due to the educational level variable, there is no correlation between the counseling needs and the social compatibility of the parents of the mentally handicapped, and the researcher concluded To recommendations, the most important of which are: Expanding the establishment of counseling centers specialized in dealing with the problems of the mentally handicapped, providing the disabled brothers with mechanisms for proper dealing with their disabled brothers, and educating parents about the potential effects of disability on the brothers of the disabled.

the current study aimed to assess the teaching practices of Islamic education teachers at the primary, prep., and secondary schools in the light of creative teaching strategies from the teachers and educational supervisors' perspective. The literature and previous studies were used to build a list of teaching practices of Islamic education teachers related to creative teaching strategies. The list of teaching practices were used to construct a questionnaire measuring teachers' practices, including (43) individual skills (creative teaching planning, use of creative teaching strategies, creative learning environments, creative assessment strategies). The reliability and validity of the tool was measured. The coefficient of alpha-cronbach reliability was (0.97).

The study depends on the analytical descriptive method. The study sample consisted of (93) teachers and supervisors of Islamic education among the primary, prep., and secondary schools in Tabuk. The results showed that the teaching practices of the Islamic education teachers in the applying of creative teaching strategies were generally medium, The study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≤0.01) among the responses of the study sample in the teaching practices refer to the variable of the educational stage (primary, perp., and secondary), the variable of the educational qualification, the number of years of experience, and the training type. The study recommended the need to design programs in professional development for the development of Islamic education teacher's practices in light of the applying of creative teaching strategies in the teaching and learning activities requirements.

وموضوع هذا البحث (الرجل العربي المثال عند الشاعرات الجاهليات). بحثاً عن الرجل المثال في أشعارهن، وبحثاً في القيم المشتركة بين الشاعرة الجاهلية والشاعر الجاهلي، وبحثاً عن القيم الخاصة التي اختصت بها الشاعرة الجاهلية، أو ألحّت عليها في شعرها وعظّمت من شأنها أكثر من غيرها.

والبحث كذلك محاولة في ربط هذه القيم بنفسية المرأة العربية، وما تريده من الرجل العربي المثال، ومعلوم أن شعر المرأة في العصر الجاهلي كان في شكل مقطوعات قصيرة، أو قصائد قصيرة. ومعظم أشعارهن وردت في كتب الاختيارات وأيام العرب، وقليل منهن من كان لها ديوان كالخنساء، ومن كان لها ديوان فإن أشعارها فيه لا تخرج عن المقطوعات والقصائد القصيرة كالخرنق أخت طرفة.

ومع هذا فإن أهم ما يميز هذا الشعر هو التغني بالقيم، والمثل العليا عند الرجل العربي.

Reflected the objectives of attracting; in the quest to identify the ingredients and potential natural and human resources and identifying patterns of Tourism available, to provide a realistic vision for tourism and the possibility of its development and its attendant environmental problems, the monitoring and analysis of economic and social changes of the population. Methodology of the study; was to use the historic house, approach use analytical, and behavioral therapy, the method of quantitative statistical. The study has several findings, the most significant; affecting respects religious, social and political tourism. Highlighted tourism cultural characteristics of groups and the Sudanese to others. Can the tourism sector that provides job opportunities to the proportion (12%) of total employment. Contributed to the tourism sector in the GDP increase is estimated (68.3) million.
