Abstract

This research is titled: (Women and the Requirements of Contemporary Proselytizing Discourse).
The call to God is the duty of the Messengers, upon them is the best prayer and the purest of peace, and it is the inheritance of prophecy, and whoever wants to collect the good of this world and the Hereafter, let his job be calling to God Almighty.
From this responsibility towards the call, is duty the women to fulfill their responsibility of proselytizing alongside men for the sake of knowledge as well as the need of their society and family.
In light of the renewal of proselytizing discourse and the means and styles that support it, it is necessary for women to keep up with this renewal so that the proselytizing discourse becomes more accessible.
They must also follow the path that was taken by the Prophet peace be upon him Righteous Caliphate through means such as migration, jihad, writing and speech as well as the wisdom of proselytizing methods in the era, such as good example, and good argumentation

Abstract

This research aims to identify some of the positive psychological and personal traits of heralds; to achieve this objective, the researchers used the analytical descriptive approach, which is appropriate for this research, because it is based on data collection, analysis, discussion, and inferring of findings from it, this research concluded to the following findings:

1- The most important psychological qualities that the heralds should possess is the high aspiration that enables the heralds to make his call accessible to the furthest possible and the highest levels, and makes him partial to enjoining good and forbidding evil, and makes his relationship with his Lord strong.

2- Optimism, forbearance and forgiveness, patience are among the traits that have a great impact on the response of invitees

3- The research also concluded that the herald who has the initiative, competence, independence and boldness in making decisions, facing the masses, participating in competitive activities, and expressing opinions and ideas easily, easily and clearly is considered confidence in himself and this is positively reflected in the call.

4- It is imperative for the herald to have knowledgeable supplies that he provides in his call, just as there is no substitute for him having a scholarly culture in forensic sciences, Islamic history, the Arabic language, and the origins of preaching discourses.

5- The research also reached to know the positive features, as the calling in sake of Allah must have a good smile and what it contains of positive features and features such as good manners, cooperation and acceptance so that they respect and appreciate others, as these features attract the recipient to the herald and listen to him, and thus the required benefit is achieved.

Abstract
The research titled "The role of contemporary call means in spreading Islam" focuses on the most important modern means of spreading Islamic call. This research consists of a methodological framework, introduction, three topics, conclusion, results, and recommendations.
The methodological framework includes scientific introduction elements and an explanation of the research terms and its importance, which highlights the modern means and how to benefit from them in the field of spreading Islamic call.
The first topic, titled "Collective Intelligence," explains the definition of collective intelligence, its benefits and disadvantages, and finally, the factors affecting collective intelligence and the attitude of the caller towards it.
The second topic, titled "Electronic Media," covers the definition of electronic media, its characteristics, forms, tools, and benefits, as well as the call through it.
The third topic, titled "Artificial Intelligence," includes the definition of artificial intelligence, its types, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, and how to use artificial intelligence in the call.
The conclusion of the research includes the results, including the importance of updating and developing the means of call, the emergence of new ideas and modern means that benefit the call work. Muslim societies are facing challenges that affect their individuals and groups. Collective intelligence and artificial intelligence have advantages that should be utilized. The conclusion also includes recommendations, and the research ends with a reference to the sources and a declaration of gratitude to God.

مفهوم الطلاق وأركانه في الفقه الاسلامي وقانون الاحوال الشخصية السوداني لسنة 1991م

المستخلص :
تناولت الدراسة بيان مفهوم الطلاق واركانه في الفقه الاسلامي مقارنةً بما ورد في قانون الأحوال الشخصية السوداني لسنة 1991م علماً بأن القانون قد افرد له مادة قائمة بذاتها وهي المادة (128)، والتي عرفت الطلاق بأنه حل عقد الزواج بالصيغة الموضوعة له شرعاً، وقد وافق فيه المشرع السوداني براي المذهب الحنفي وليست هنالك سمة اختلاف فرق جوهري بين التعريفات لان الشارع عندما شرع الطلاق اراد أن يبين المقصود من ذلك الحكم وتمثلت اهمية الدراسة في أغفال كثير من المسلمين من احكامه علماً بأن هذا الموضوع يمس الواقع بدرجة كبيرة ويحتاجه كثير من الناس لكثرة دعاوى الطلاق لدي المحاكم الشرعية نسبة للواقع الحالي والظروف الاقتصادية التي تمر بها البلاد، علماً بأن الشريعة الاسلامية اعتبرت الطلاق مشروعاً أذا تعثرت الحياة الزوجية واصبحت لا تطاق وقد وردت آيات كثيرة من القران الكريم تم توضيحها في البحث، أيضاً تناولت حكم الطلاق وحكمته وبيان مشروعيته و أركانه و الفاظه و كذلك تناولت الطلاق بناءً علي انه أصبح من الدعاوي التي تورق المحاكم الشرعية وأوصي بأنه يجب توعية المجتمع عبر وسائل التواصل المختلفة(المسموعة والمرئية والمقروءة) و دعم الاسر مادياً واقتصادية واجتماعياً وتفعيل دور مجالس الصلح بهدف تجنب الاطراف مشقة التقاضي.
مشكلة البحث :
تعتبر هذه الدراسة مشكلة قديمة ومتجدده ومعاصرة وهي مفهوم الطلاق واركانه في الفقه الاسلامي وقانون الاحوال الشخصية السوداني لسنة1991م ، شملت هذه الدراسة بيان مفهوم الطلاق مستشهداً بالكتاب والسنة والآراء الفقهية وما اخذ به المشرع السوداني ،وما تم اعتماده من قانون الاحوال الشخصية لسنة 1991م حيث تكمن مشكلة البحث في الاجابة علي الاستفهامات الأتية:
1- ما المقصود بالطلاق.
2- مشروعية الطلاق وحكمه .
3- الحكمة من تشريع الطلاق .
4- الالفاظ الدالة علي الطلاق .
5- اركان الطلاق في الفقه والقانون .
اهداف الدراسة:
هنالك مقاصد فكرية ومرامي فقهية وعلمية يسعي الباحث الي تحقيقها وتظهر من خلال الترتيبات الاتية :
1- هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف علي مفهوم الطلاق وفقاً للفقه الاسلامي وقانون الاحوال الشخصية السوداني لسنة 1991م .
2- كما هدفت الدراسة الي إثراء المكتبة العربية والاسلامية من هذا البحث .
3- محاولة الاستفادة من الوقائع العلمية التي تحدث في المحاكم الشرعية كمصدر للتشريع في السودان .
أهمية الدراسة :
تنبع اهمية هذه الدراسة للمعرفة الدقيقة بتناولها مفهوم الطلاق واركانه والالفاظ الدالة عليه باعتباره من انواع الفقه المقارن لذلك أصبح في الاوان الاخيرة لكثرة تناوله من المنابر والمحاكم الشرعية والوسائط المتعدده ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
كما غفل كثير من المسلمين من احكامه علماً بأن هذا الموضوع يمس الواقع بدرجة كبيرة ويحتاجه كثير من الناس لكثرة دعاوي الطلاق لدي المحاكم الشرعية نسبة للواقع الحالي والظروف الاقتصادية التي تمر بها البلاد ،

World Cup 2022, attract the attention and impressed the researcher, and one of the objectives of this research is to identify contemporary methods and means so that Da’wah can benefit from them.

This research includes more than thirty question related to the last ten days of the month of Ramadan, with a statement of its ruling, and standing on the easiest and most appropriate ones in terms of scholarly application of our reality in Sudan, in addition to alerting the concepts and actions that need to be clarified such as handling and correction, and the researcher aimed behind that to collect these topics and separate questions in a short and easy research so that it would be easy for the Muslim to refer to them, and to get acquainted with the jurisprudence "Fiqh" of the seasons in the last ten days of Ramadan.

Abstract
The research dealt with the subject of (forward-looking researches on(waqf);the endowment), as the purposes of the Islamic endowment were numerous and varied, as it made positive and well-known contributions in the early ages of Islam in various fields of economic, social and cultural development. Then, this pioneering role of the (waqf); endowment faded away after the late ages, and its role was limited to charitable works and addressing individual problems without regard to the positive effects that Islam should have on the developments of modern life. Far from the social and developmental purposes of the endowment, the problem of the importance of re-adopting the concept of institutional endowment for its developmental role in Islamic societies has emerged. The research aims to present researches that anticipate the coming days through the strategic vision of organizing endowment works and developing its resources in Sudan as well as to clarify the concept of endowment bonds and their role in developing endowments in the contemporary Islamic society. The research consists of an introduction and four topics. The introduction included a summary of endowment jurisprudence and a statement of the objectives and importance of the research and its implications. The topics dealt with the main titles of the research. One of the most important results of the research was its affirmation of the historical and civilized role of the endowment institution and its assurance on the importance of the prospective studies of the endowment. The most important recommendations of the research were related to the development and modernization of endowment departments and care for the selection of competencies capable of managing with the help of training programs, as well as the development and activation of modern investment formulas that keep pace with economic developments in accordance with the provisions of Sharia according to the formulas contained in the body of the research. This is titled: Attitudes of prophetic Wisdom with the subject and some of the prophet's stances with the subjects in pace and war are explained in it Transactional and explains the importance of wisdom in Islam and that it is an attractive way to enter into it and it has great goals including: clarifying the concept of wisdom presenting and explaining some positions on prophetic wisdom in pace and war. Of prophetic wisdom in peace and the third is entitled: examples of prophetic wisdom in war and I included important results including the following: wisdom is: being correct in words and deeds and putting everything in its place and prophetic wisdom is of many types including the following: concealing some type of righteousness so that people strive in seeking it and calling to god with wisdom and good preaching and answering the questioners with what is appropriate for them in this world and the hereafter and responding to bad and harshness with good and ease as long as gods prohibitions are not violated and adhering to consultation in all matters peace and war and taking the means before relying on god and some of the recommendations related to this research have been proven including a recommendation to the ministry of education to include in its curriculum for all stages the teaching of prophetic wisdom and drawing lessons from it and a recommendation to the ministry of religious Affairs and endowments to appoint specialized preachers whose job is to spread tolerance harmony and other wise prophetic attitudes among people and recommendation to the various Islamic Universities and faculties of sharia and law to include in their curricula everything related to the judiciary of the prophet may gods prayers and peace be upon him and his commandments to judges and what is related to the study of his life may gods prayers and peace be upon him and the lessons and lessons it contains.
