الملخص

The research dealt with the definition of the certificate, its conditions and its ruling, and the most important criteria for balancing the interests and the harms. The aim of the research is to show the role of certificatein proving rights through the acceptance of their testimony and their respect. The research reached several results, In the case of again, and that it is permissible for a woman to testify with a man other than the punishments (civil judgments), and her testimony may be taken individually, whereas the men do not see it.
