الملخص

Background: Magnesium plays a crucial role in vascular tone regulation and blood pressure homeostasis. Hypomagnesemia has been implicated in the pathophysiology of hypertension; however, data among Sudanese populations remain limited Objective: To assess serum magnesium levels in Sudanese patients with hypertension and compare them with apparently healthy controls.
