الملخص

Background: Prostate cancer is a major cause of cancer morbidity and mortality among men, particularly in older age groups. Serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) is widely used in prostate cancer detection and follow-up, while histopathological grading provides important prognostic information. The relationship between PSA concentration and tumor grade is not uniform across patient populations.
