الملخص

The present study investigated the chemical composition and antimicrobial potential of Faidherbia albida seed oil to elucidate its bioactive constituents and evaluate its suitability as a natural antimicrobial agent. Seed oil was extracted using n-hexane and analyzed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS), which enabled the identification of nine fatty acid methyl esters based on retention indices and mass spectral comparison with the NIST library.
