Aligning Higher Education Outcomes with Labor Market Requirements in Sudan (field study 2000-2026)

This study aimed to identify the extent to which higher education meets the requirements of the Sudanese labor market and the economic and social needs of society, considering curricula aligned with the labor market and sound planning for investment in human capital. The research problem was framed as follows: Is there a relationship between the outputs of higher education and the requirements of the Sudanese labor market? What is the direction of this relationship? And do the outputs of higher education align with the requirements of the Sudanese labor market? Based on the nature of the research objectives, the descriptive-analytical method and the case study method were employed.
