This research, in its two sections, is a legislative originalization and an explanation to the constant Islam stand from the modern medical Issues as : Euthansia, alternative mother, cloning and test-tubes babies.

Islam rejects these modernized things and devilish ways because they degenerate the human dignity which is secured and originalized by Islamic Sharia’.

These conducts don’t conform with the methods legislated by All?h for begetting in all the stages of preliminary creation.
