This research includes the study of electronic litigation in the judiciary of the United Arab Emirates, and the research aims to know the position of the judicial authority in the country on electronic litigation, as well as knowing the efforts of the Ministry of Justice in the transition to electronic litigation, and the future of electronic justice in the country, and the study followed the inductive approach and approach descriptive, The research has been divided into an introduction, an introductory topic, three sections and a conclusion. The preliminary topic is devoted to the definition of electronic litigation, the first topic is to explain the legal basis for electronic justice in the country, the second topic is to explain the electronic courts and prosecutions in the country, and the third topic is to show the state’s efforts to transform the system Electronic litigation, and the conclusion included the results, the most important of which are: that the electronic judiciary in the country is based on a strong legal basis. Including: that the state has made huge and great efforts in order to transform the electronic litigation system, and among them: that electronic litigation in the state is in constant development, which will make the next judicial generation electronically much more than it is today.
