The research aims to highlight the most important emerging and innovative forms of endowment disbursements in the United Arab Emirates, introduce them, and explain the extent of their legitimacy, in light of the jurisprudential adaptation of them, the extent of their compatibility with what scholars have written in their jurisprudential blogs, and the extent to which the Islamic endowment system contributes to meeting the needs of Islamic societies. .

The research approach is to follow the inductive, comparative analytical, and deductive approaches. As for the inductive approach, it is to collect new images in endowment disbursements in the UAE, through interviews and personal communication with specialized employees in the endowment departments, as well as searching their websites. As for the analytical approach, it is to analyze opinions. Jurisprudence, its classification, criticism, and statement of the most correct ones, along with the legal foundation of the issues. As for the deductive approach, it is to derive the legal rulings for emerging issues in the subject of research, and apply them to the forms of innovative endowment disbursements, explaining their ruling.

The research concludes with the necessity of innovation and renewal in the forms of endowment disbursements. To meet the growing societal and human needs, to demonstrate its diversity and novelty in the United Arab Emirates, and its compatibility with the rulings written by our jurists in their jurisprudential codes. The renewal of contemporary jurisprudence gave freedom to endowment disbursements, including the All-Khair disbursements, to come up with new, innovative, and effective disbursements that support the needs of society.

The research recommends the need to develop community awareness of the importance of endowments, the need to diversify endowments and their disbursements, strive diligently to hold seminars and conferences on it, maintain continuous communication with philanthropists and merchants for this, and form Sharia committees in the competent authorities to discuss emerging issues in this field.
