Abstract

ABSTACAT

This research aims to reveal Ibn al-Qassar’s fundamentalist choices related to the issues of semantics that he did not mention in his fundamentalist introduction, and to attempt to apply them by concluding on those choices through his book titled [The Eyes of Evidence]The researcher used the inductive approach in collecting the choices intended for the study, and the method in benefiting from this material in its roots and conclusions.The research was organized into an introduction, three demands, and a conclusion. The most important of them are: - Most of Ibn al-Qassar’s choices in the discussion of semantics were not stated in his introduction. - Ibn al-Qassar is a fundamentalist who is adept at linking branches to their origins. - Ibn al-Qassar himself is long in presenting and discussing the evidence of the opponent. - Ibn al-Qassar followed a good and disciplined path in basing rulings on rules and grading branches on principles.
