Abstract

The estimate of compensation shall be left in breach of the contract to the court and the parties to the contract shall have the right to pre-estimate the compensation due in case of breach of contract, provided that this is before the occurrence of the damage, and that is known as the punitive compensation or penal condition, and it was subject to the same conditions required at receivable compensations in general.
