Abstract

During the period 1995-2005, the country went through challenges and turns that almost swept the country, and these turns represented the greatest obstacle facing decision-makers in that period due to the overlap of the local and external environment factor (local and regional changes).

Since foreign policy is the reliable tool to achieve the supreme interests of the country and avoid the surrounding dangers, it was necessary to follow the course of Sudanese foreign policy during this period to find out the most important developments and changes that affected its performance in its regional and international environment.
