Background: Pregnancy induces complex physiological adaptations that significantly alter renal hemodynamics and biochemical markers. Accurate interpretation of renal function parameters during pregnancy requires trimester-specific reference values. Objective: This study aimed to assess serum uric acid (UA), creatinine, and glomerular filtration rate (GFR) among pregnant women across different trimesters and to establish trimester-specific reference intervals in comparison with non-pregnant controls.Downloads
