Abstract

ABSTRACT This research, titled "Landmarks of Communication and Media Education in Sudan: Reality, Challenges, and Future Prospects," reveals the problematic nature of university education in communication and media sciences within Sudanese universities and higher education institutions. It sheds light on media education in Sudan, exploring its history and development by interviewing key figures in this field of knowledge, in addition to conducting critical reviews of research literature on teaching communication and media sciences. The study also presents and analyzes a number of standard indicators that assess the maturity of the Sudanese experience in teaching communication and media sciences.
