Abstract

The study aimed to find out the professional competence of the workers in the education centers in Khartoum State. To achieve this goal, the descriptive analytical approach was followed. The sample size was (150) of the workers in the centers. It was chosen by the intentional method. The professional competency scale prepared by the researcher was used. After collecting the data, it was analyzed by the program.
