Author Biography

Nazik Elmalaika Obaid Seid Ahmed Husain, Department of Pathology, Omdurman Islamic University, Sudan.

I am confident, focused, efficient, creative, open-minded and well experienced Medical Educator with a proven track record in teaching pathology and pathophysiology of diseases for both under and postgraduate medical students.

In addition to my qualifications in pathology and medical education and strong teaching skills gained through my 20 years of teaching experience, I am able to provide high quality lectures, plan, upgrade, implement and review curricula of both undergraduate and postgraduate medical colleges. Additionally, I am good at  proposal writing, fund raising, scientific writing and publication. Together with my research group we have  published 30 articles in national and international reputable medical journals and received many research funds. Also, I have a managerial experience and good team player. I also have excellent interpersonal communication skills. I am fluent in spoken and written English, and have participated in a diverse linguistic and cultural international conferences. Furthermore, I am a competent consultant pathologist, at the first and largest oncology hospital in Sudan. I am eager to apply my professional pathology skills and further expand my knowledge on pathology.
