Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
• The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
• Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
• The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
• Publishing controls and standards
  
  The magazine is concerned with publishing original and innovative research in the fields of advocacy, science and Islamic and Arab studies in various branches and specialties, in accordance with the requirements of the scientific mission of the Faculty, in accordance with the following rules and standards:
  
  The research should highlight the mission of the university and the college and achieve its objectives aimed at confirming the identity of the nation and its rooting, and taking care of the sciences of the Qur'an and sunnah in the wake of islamic intellectual principles that are absorbed by the issues of the times interacting with society.
  The research should be authentic, quality and objective, and constitute a new addition to the knowledge balance, while adhering to scientific research methods with documentation, adhesing and graduation of hadiths.
  The research should not have been published or submitted for publication by any other entity.
  The number of search pages must not be less than {20} and not more than {30 pages.
  The search should be printed on the computer in the font {Traditional Arabic} size (16, leaving a margin on both sides of the page with a 2.5 cm) angle, and the footnotes are under each page.
  Provide a hard copy of the search to be printed on one side of the paper, with a copy attached to a CD.
  The research submitted to the journal is presented to a number of arbitrators to evaluate it according to a prepared questionnaire and to indicate its suitability for publication.
  The researcher is notified of the validity of his research for publication or not or for modification and then published two weeks after the decision of the arbitrators and the management of the magazine is not obliged to clarify the reasons in cases of non-acceptance.
  Compliance with the guidance of the arbitrators and the language corrector.
  The management of the magazine has the right to submit or delay the publication of any research according to its publishing priorities.
  Research that does not agree to be published will not be returned to its companions.
  Research published in the journal does not necessarily express the university's opinion.
  Research is accepted in Arabic or English with the writing of the research extract in Both Arabic and English.
  The magazine reserves the right to delete or add certain words and phrases in accordance with its publishing style, while not disturbing the general idea of the topic, its style or information.
  The research is based on the editor-in-chief of the magazine, Omdurman Islamic University, Sudan.
