Abstract

This study is entitled: “concurring of a conditional clause with swearing and introduction of swearing. It is a syntactic study that investigates Ibn Husham’s view as far as the study topic concerned. Aldamamini has objected while Alshamni has responded to it. However, the researcher, has presented the research topic, he has also investigated the point of disagreement, he has presented a constrictive discussion, views of many grammarians from various schools have highlighted, with regard to this topic, Quranic and grammatical pruofs have been presented which support the view of each group. The most important results arrived at are as follows: if the conditional clause coocurrs with swearing and the swearing precedes it, them the answer will be for swearing , Despite – this grammatical rule, there are cases where the answer is for ce conditional cleanse.
