Abstract

     This research considers the method that laid by prophet (PBUH) in dealing with non – Muslims, Islam does not leave people in anarchy, but set their life in order, as well as it laid the pillar of jurisprudence of worship, such as; prayer and fasting, it also laid the origins of leadership, rules of government and principality of people and organized their rights and duties, internal and external relationship among society individuals without injustice or tyranny.

     The document of Almadina which we are talking about; made the state of prophet (PBUH) The legal state in the – earth – the governor subject to law and practice his power according to upper rules restrict him and could not exceed it.

     This research aims at recognizing the method that laid by the prophet (PBUH) To deal with non– Muslim in various aspects of life.

     So the research will follow the analytical descriptive method to reach the results and recommendations which may be useful in this research.

     The researcher has founded that the document of Almadina had organized the relationship between Muslims and non Muslims and gave all citizens the rights and control the relationship.

     According to that the research has been divided to five themes then the conclusion, results, recommendation and indexes.
