This study provided a statement of a very useful Fiqh rule, namely the rule: "causing disobedience and helping him is disobedience between theory and practice, where the content of this rule was clarified, with reference to the evidence of the rule based on Sharia evidence, the statement of the pillars of the rule and the conditions of work in it, and with the help of the sayings of the jurists in this rule, the conditions of the rule were divided into the conditions of work of the rule and the conditions of various in it.

The rule is applied to contemporary issues and downloaded to photos. It is clear that every act that causes and helps leads to falling into sin, is forbidden by law and the offender is punished by law. The study uses an inductive, rooting and comparative approach.
