Abstract
This study, tagged with "ambiguous sayings according to Imam Al-Qurtubi in his comprehensive interpretation of the provisions of the Qur'an - an analytical study of selected models" aims to extrapolate the uses of blindness to the term ambiguity, then determine the closest of those uses to the subject of ambiguous sayings, and balance between those uses and vague sayings in agreement and differentiation, ending with the conclusion of a definition that reveals the truth of ambiguous sayings, then followed by an applied study of one of the books of interpretation, which is the collector of the provisions of the Qur'an by Imam Al-Qurtubi, by tracking the ambiguity formulas of Imam Al-Qurtubi, then I chose for each formula a model for the vague saying, by mentioning the verse in which Al-Qurtubi reported the ambiguous saying, then clarifying the occasion between the vague saying and the verse, followed by appointing the author of the ambiguous saying documented from its original source, then holding a balance between the ambiguous saying when Al-Qurtubi and its source, then warning against those who quoted the ambiguous saying from Al-Qurtubi and made it from his saying, or transferred it vague and did not appoint the person who said it and did not specify its source.
