Abstract:

This research deals with the subject of mining-related lawsuits in Sudanese law.this research aims to identify the concept of mining and the law applicable to mining –related disputes and mining-related lawsuits This research problem is represented in a main question ; what are the claims related to mining and how did the Sudanese legislator organize the pro visions related to them ? the researcher used in this research both the descriptive analytical method and the inductive method among the results reached by the researcher is that the mineral resources and mining development law of 2015 applies to specific disputes exclusively stipulated in articles 31- 32 of the law. among the recommendations recommended by the researcher is the necessity of organizing scientific seminars and lectures to address topics related to mining by universities, institutes and legal institutions.
