Abstract

I took the study; The impact of emergency conditions on financial contracts in the event of disasters and wars, in application of the Sudan war from (4/15/2023 AD to 10/5/2025 AD). The study aims to highlight the knowledge of the challenges facing the Sudanese citizen with regard to contracts and debts in the shadow of war, and to reach a legitimate way out in that, and the researcher used in that approach: inductive, analytical, comparative.
